Corporate Events and Clients throughout the island of Ireland. No catering requirement is too small or large for us to handle, from a simple buffet meal to a multi-location catering service we can provide consistently good food and service time after time.
Our food and buying policy, just like food tastes in general, has evolved over the last 30 years to now showcase the best of Irish produce, much of which is from Artisan and smaller suppliers. All of the meats, poultry and dairy products we use are Guarunteed Irish and are traceable from Farm to Fork. Our Vegetables and Fruits come only from approved market sources, our Fish from sustainable sources and in some cases straight from the trawlers. Our Coffee's teas and other ingredients only from Fair Trade suppliers.
Our strict purchasing and food storage policy ensures that we give you the best quality food, as fresh as possible, cooked to perfection and served with style. We help to keep the Irish economy growing by using only Bord Bia approved guaranteed Irish suppliers and we do care for the eco system by not sending any waste to landfill, we recycle over 98% of our waste products and we are working hard to get to 100%. We also champion the rights and conditions of third world workers by ensuring we only purchase FAIR TRADE products such as teas, coffees, sugars, spices and the like.

What about our menus? - well the simple answer is you can request any food, plated and served in any style from us. Unlike many catering companies we do not limit ourselves to selling specific Wedding or Business Menus, we use the best seasonal produce to deliver exquisite food to your specific tastes and requirements. For over 30 years John Coughlan has personally selected some of the best possible ingredients, using all approved suppliers, and carefully crafted them into meals that our customers love. We do have a few menu samples on our website but please do remember they are only examples, we want you to decide on what you want specific to your tastes and themes, we will create perfect food, you can taste it, approve it and our expert staff will do the rest.
Are your Chef's and Staff good? Yes they are, led from the front by our Gold Medal Cullinary Olympic Champion John Coughlan at every event we cater for. Over the years our chef team has won numnerous awards and accolades for the quality of their food and innovative menus. Our waiting staff are all professionals, we are one of the most active catering businesses at the forefront of training catering staff. Over 80% of our managers and supervisors started working with us in lesser roles and have progressed through their hard work to manage a team. We are also committed to youth training as well, recently employing over 80 transition year students at the Solheim Cup and getting them through formal HASAP training to give them at least a catering qualification and work experience to help them in the future. We havent finished yet, our revolving training programme ensures staff are continually kept abreast of food trends, safety requirements and more.
